A second generation Palmer started working in the painting business in 1987. The painting industry had been introduced to new techniques and technologies that not only made the process faster, but delivered a higher quality finished product to homeowners. Palmer Painting began painting custom homes during this time. Staining also became very popular in the late eighties, and enamel had become very relevant.

The third generation Palmers were introduced to painting while going to college. After continuing their education via the painter’s union, they learned everything from estimating to customer relations. The Palmer family now had three generations of professional painters delivering top-notch services to the Twin Cities area for over 50 years.

Today Palmer Painting is lead by a team of expert professionals who continue to deliver a top-quality service to Minneapolis, St. Paul and surrounding area. Palmer Painting expanded their services to include exterior surfaces, interior spaces, new construction and wallpaper. We partner with some of the area’s most highly-regarded remodelers, contractors, and architects.
